...parenting never stops.
your development shouldn’t either.
We all know how difficult it is to find one minute of our day to sit at a computer to take a
class or to join a video call. I coach parents when they are on the go, on lunch break, driving
to or from work, having tea at night.
I coach parents who really need to get to the bottom of something... like yesterday.

Just so you know...
What does a parent coach do?
Parent coaches support parents through daily challenges with their children. They coach parents
through specific parenting challenges by helping them recognize their strengths and set realistic
goals. They work with parents to implement individualized strategies and troubleshoot as needed.
Parent coaches can provide emotional support, practical strategies, and communication skills to
create a positive parenting environment.
Is parent coaching like therapy?
Parent coaching is not therapy. Parent coaches are different from therapists because they don't
diagnose or treat mental illnesses, but instead focus on helping parents become confident and
effective leaders in the day to day interactions with their children. Parent coaches focus on
immediate behaviors, decision-making, and problem solving rather than more deeply excavating into
the client's past.
In conclusion...
A parent coach is a certified professional who helps parents and caregivers improve their
relationships with their children and navigate parenting challenges. Parent coaches use evidence
based strategies, the latest neuroscience findings, and psycho-educational support to help parents
develop skills and strategies to address behavioral challenges and support their child’s development.
